Terms and Conditions for Premier Golf Club Vilamoura

Welcome to Premier Golf Club Vilamoura. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our golf courses, facilities, and services. By accessing or using our online platform, booking a tee time, or otherwise engaging with our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By interacting with our golf club, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing our services with the explicit consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You agree that these Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Premier Golf Club Vilamoura.

2. Golf Course Rules and Etiquette

All players and visitors are expected to adhere to the standard rules of golf as laid out by the R&A and USGA, as well as specific course rules and etiquette guidelines established by Premier Golf Club Vilamoura. These rules are posted at the club premises and are available upon request. Failure to comply may result in loss of playing privileges without refund.

• Dress Code: Appropriate golf attire is required at all times on the course and in the clubhouse. Specifics of the dress code are available upon request.
• Pace of Play: Players are expected to maintain an appropriate pace of play. Rangers may be present to monitor and enforce this policy.
• Course Care: Players must replace divots, repair pitch marks, and rake bunkers to help maintain the quality of our golf courses.
• Alcohol and Conduct: Excessive alcohol consumption or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. The club reserves the right to refuse service or remove individuals who violate these standards.

3. Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations

All bookings for tee times and other services are subject to availability and must be confirmed by Premier Golf Club Vilamoura. Payment for services is due at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed.

• Pricing: All prices are quoted in Euros and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods as displayed on our online platform or at our club reception.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made within a specified timeframe (e.g., 48 hours for individual tee times, longer for groups) to be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. Specific cancellation terms will be provided at the time of booking.
• No-Shows: No-shows will be charged the full booking fee without refund.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on our online platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, photographs (such as the 10 large photographs illustrating men playing golf), logos, and course layouts, is the exclusive property of Premier Golf Club Vilamoura or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Premier Golf Club Vilamoura shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, our services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on our service; (iii) any content obtained from our service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage. We are not responsible for personal injury or loss/damage to personal property while on our premises, unless caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Premier Golf Club Vilamoura, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), arising from: (a) your use of and access to our services; (b) your violation of any term of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (d) any claim that your conduct caused damage to a third party.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Vilamoura, Portugal.

8. Changes to Terms

Premier Golf Club Vilamoura reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notification of any significant changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on our online platform. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
